Free shipping service typically requires a 2-8 day delivery timeframe.

Please note that if your order is submitted after 11am EST on a Saturday, it will be shipped on the next business day, which is Monday. We kindly request that you return the package as received. If your item was delivered in a boot box, please use the same box for the return and cover it. Avoid taping or labeling the box, as this may render it unusable or unsellable. If official packing material is unavailable, consider repackaging it using a similar material, such as a trash bag.

All returns must not exhibit any signs of wear and must be returned with all original tags, in new condition, clean, and free from any odors. To ensure your boots remain in pristine condition, we recommend walking only on carpeted areas until you are certain they fit properly. Avoid walking on hard flooring surfaces, as they may scuff the boot soles.
