To sum these Durango® Kids' Western boots up in one word, all you would have to say is fabulous. Its pink upper looks so girly and has been crafted from a synthetic leather-like material, which makes it ease to keep clean. Then there are all the additional details that just make these kids' boots look ever so glamorous like: the fancy stitching, the decorative metal toe rand, the white piping that goes around the topline and down the sides and of course the rhinestone strap. There are even pull tabs to help your child get these boots on/off easily.

Babies, children, teenagers and adults... regardless of your age, no one wants to wear uncomfortable footwear. Since these kids' boots are far too adorable to be left sitting in a corner, Durango has made them ridiculously comfortable by adding in a cushioned insole with a heel pad.

On the bottom of these Western boots there is a black-hued PVC outsole; it is perfect material for these kids' boots because of its sheer durability. There is also a 1 1/8" cowboy heel; since it is low to the ground, children will have no difficulty walking in these boots.

  • We offer free shipping for orders over $99.  Please note, when you choose free shipping we will use the most economical method for shipping.  If you need your order delivered within a certain timeframe it is recommended you choose a paid service for shipping.
  • A restocking fee will be deducted from returned orders when free shipping was applied. 
  • We make it a priority to ship all orders on the same day they are received. Orders received after 11am EST will be shipped the following day. Please note that if your order is submitted after 11am EST on a Saturday, it will be shipped on the next business day, which is Monday. Please consider USPS holidays when expecting your order, as these may affect shipping times.

  • While we strive to ship orders promptly, there may be occasional one-day delays. This can occur for various reasons, such as differences between the shipping and billing address or inquiries about your order.

  • For Priority Mail Express, please contact us to confirm its availability. Certain items may require direct ordering from the manufacturer, potentially causing a delay in shipping.

  • It's important to note that while we aim to provide timely shipping, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Any delivery dates provided by USPS are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for packages that are redirected during shipping. If you have tracking questions, you can reach out to us or contact the US Postal Service or your local post office.   • USPS does not offer 2-day or 3-day shipping. They provide Priority Mail, which is based on business days (weekends not included in delivery estimates). For example, if you place an order on Thursday and choose Priority, your order will be shipped on Friday (day 1), delivered on Monday (day 2), and arrive on Tuesday (day 3, most likely).

  • First Class Mail is available for packages weighing less than 1 pound (15 oz.) and typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

  • All orders, whether domestic or international, military, Hawaii, or Alaska, are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please select the shipping service that best suits your needs during the checkout process. We are located in southern New Jersey.

  • Once your order is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery. We are also not responsible for technical delays between when you submit your order on our website and when we receive it.

  • USPS provides insurance coverage up to $50 for Priority Mail. If you require additional coverage, please inform us in the comment section when placing your order.

  • When using the Free Ship code, please be aware that the shipping service typically provides a 2-8 day delivery timeframe.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or encounter any issues with your ordered items, we are here to assist you. If you face any difficulties when submitting a return request, please call us at 856-769-1761. Our customer support is available Monday-Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm EST and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm EST.

  • You are not required to obtain a return authorization to return a product. However, we kindly request that you return the package as received. If your item was delivered in a boot box, please use the same box for the return. Avoid taping or labeling the box, as this may render it unusable or unsellable. If official packing material is unavailable, consider repackaging it using a similar material, such as a trash bag.

  • All returns must not exhibit any signs of wear and must be returned with all original tags, in new condition, clean, and free from any odors. To ensure your boots remain in pristine condition, we recommend walking only on carpeted areas until you are certain they fit properly. Avoid walking on hard flooring surfaces, as they may scuff the boot soles.

  • You 30-days to initiate your return. Failing to return your order within this period may result in a restocking fee.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless you have received a damaged or incorrect product.
